Job Description

The role of Party Reference Strategic Data Creation, Associate is to support strategic and business data analysis, entitlements, and Strategic Data initiatives with Reference Data Strategy and the Party Reference Data Utility.

The role is responsible for the following activities:
- Drive internal and external party reference data initiatives as delegate of the Information Owner for firm-wide applications
- Oversee implementation of global standards, ongoing governance, and maintenance of end-user access entitlements and governing policies for existing and strategic programs - Administer governance of the global Party Reference Data Operations application access approvals including defining and publishing reporting
- Deliver party record creation for firmwide servicing initiatives, manage populations and engage with broad range of internal stakeholders and partners
- Mine, analyze, and report on large, complex data sets related to Party Reference Data
- Drive analytics scope, objectives, and timeframes and reporting
- Exhibit subject matter expertise for the development of entitlement and analysis requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in project management and financial services required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Analytical, detail-orientated, with a flexible proactive collaborative approach and the ability to adapt to business change
- Experienced with reference data systems, data analysis and data quality with demonstrated advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx
- Clear oral and written communication skills, with ability to draw conclusions from data analysis and effectively communicate them to management and team members
- Self-starter with excellent project leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to develop secure stakeholder relationships and gain consensus on key decisions
- Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task, with ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes
- Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a high performing organization
- Builds a sense of community, creating a positive team environment and modeling a global, diverse mindset and inclusive behavior
- Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
