Executive Assistant
Job DescriptionAs the Executive Assistant, for the Emergency Care business, you will provide high-level administrative support requiring you to be a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks and projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the R&D department.
Your role:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas and materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and organizing R&D events, workshops, and team-building activities
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an R&D or technical environment
- Your skills include the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Science, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $69,000 to $108,000
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
