Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project controls personnel, to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
- Manage concept and feasibility studies, including cost estimating and scheduling for wind power projects.
- Oversee detailed designs and provide support during construction and commissioning phases of wind power projects.
- Drive a strong safety culture and implement QA procedures on major projects.
- Manage commercial aspects such as contracts, timelines, costs, and change management while ensuring project governance and financial performance.
- Act as an Owner's Engineer or client representative when required.
- Foster business development, including proposal creation and maintaining client relationships.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to resource optimisation through integrated delivery teams.
