As a Senior SalesRepresentative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilitieswill include leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developingand executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with keycustomers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategicthinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overallbusiness success. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely. The territory for this role covers Washington State to Califorinia to New Mexico.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000-$120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans todrive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needsand aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
  • Analyze market trends,competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation,and support
  • Travel up to 60%
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and drivingrevenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders
