Strategy and Transactions, (Transaction Diligence - Transaction Support) (Data Analytics) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1540452), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Seattle, WA.

Provide data analytics-driven solutions that enhance our client’s decision-making including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Produce financial and/or market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Analyze large and complex datasets and build sophisticated transaction driven analysis to help address our client’s challenges in fast-changing markets. Present findings to clients and leadership in a way that is easily understood by transaction professionals at all levels. Use data to solve complex challenges. Constantly research industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide knowledge and insight to clients.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience leveraging accounting skills in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.

Must have 3 years of experience analyzing data for financial due diligence.

Must have 3 years of experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software to perform data analysis intelligence and reporting functions.

Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following:
- Data visualization: D3js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire, and/or related;
- Data Management: Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx, and/or related;
- Analytics Platforms: SAS, Azure, and/or related;
- Statistical Packages: SPSS, Minitab, and/or related;
- Programming languages: Python, R, and/or related.

Requires domestic travel up to 50% in order to serve client needs.
