Your key responsibilities
• Lead and deliver complex operationaldue diligenceengagements, with a specific focus on carve-out implications, synergy assessments (cost, revenue, capex), and identification of operational risks and one-off/emerging costs.
• Drivepost-deal integration projects, supporting clients in the execution of value creation initiatives and realization of synergies.
• Design and manageIntegration Management Offices(IMO), including governance structures, workstream coordination, and KPI tracking.
• Provide strategic support in defining and implementing theTarget Operating Model(TOM), integrating operational and organizational models.
• Oversee the planning and execution ofDay-1 readiness activitiesto ensure business continuity between signing and closing.
• Support the development and negotiation ofTransition Service Agreements(TSA), ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing.
• Design and implement detailed100-day plansto guide integration efforts and accelerate value realization.
• Prepare and delivermanagement reporting toolsto monitor business and operational KPIs throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Leadand internal communication initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across the organization.
Skills and attributes for success
•Proven experience(7+ years) in M&A/transactions execution and transformation (consulting or corporate roles) with a strong exposure to post-merger integration, due diligence and synergy management.
• Deepunderstanding of operationaldue diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and execution.
• Strongproject and program management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Excellent client-facing andstakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
• Solidanalytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
•Effective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Demonstratedleadershipand people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop junior team members.
•Fluency in English(both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
