Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.

- Established success in relationship management, fostering trust and confidence among stakeholders, and influencing decisions throughout the organization in various contexts

- Expertise in global program orchestration and execution, capable of delivering multiple projects in tandem
- Consistent record of bringing structure to complex situations and providing clear direction
- Quick learner with the capacity to assimilate and articulate complex concepts and requirements
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Skilled in conveying messages with tact and fostering solutions-oriented discussions
- Demonstrated expertise in strategizing and prioritizing to align operational objectives with broader organizational goal
