KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• On Site Installation, Replacement, Maintenance and repair of Chillers, Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Exhaust Fans,
• Split Systems, Boilers, Pumps, Coils, Water Heaters, Unit Heaters, etc.
• Can independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Provide preventative maintenance on comprehensive and preventative tasking contracts.
• Run one-off problems, scenarios, and integrations based on the needs of the customer.
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
• Follows all safety standards and use of PPE and attends required safety training.

The annual base salary range for this position is $40.05 - $53.06. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years HVAC experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell.
• Appropriate experience to work with refrigerants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

WE VALUE:

• 5 + years of mechanical HVAC experience.
• Previous technical/installation experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Training and previous experience with various manufacturers (Trane, Aaon, Daikin, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, York, etc.)
