Make necessary bookings, manage documentation and various other requests.
Support project teams with administrative tasks in project management, local systems and internal processes.
Participate in improvement of internal processes of the department
Organize internal service line team events.
Maintain continuous interaction with colleagues from service line and administration department.
Manage expectations and ensure outstanding internal client service.
Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships.

Skills and attributes to thrive in the role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Prior administrative or office experience, especially within a professional services or audit environment, could be advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
