Key job responsibilities
- Design and maintain datasets in Redshift including data integrity, regulatory compliance and setting alarms to alert users of failures.
- Develop scalable and efficient SQL queries to create data streams and aggregate data across database.- Write concise documents to communicate results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making.
- Design and conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different initiatives to improve key output metrics and help shape the long-term strategy.A day in the life
As a key member of our dynamic Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the business strategy using data. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to design and implement robust data pipelines, develop advanced analytics models, and deliver actionable intelligence to drive continuous improvement. You will raise the bar for the team's analytics rigor and standards.

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
