This position will focus on internal communication initiatives for Commercial Banking (CB). The individual contributor in this role will provide communication support for business priorities including growth initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, risk management. In this role, you will:

• Execute internal communications strategies and plans that support business priorities

• Write and edit key messages, talking points, articles, emails, and other content to inform target audiences

• Identify internal/external storytelling opportunities that highlight progress on key priorities

• Manage email distribution and publishing through Content Express and Adobe Experience Manager

• Coordinate town hall logistics including event invitations, distribution lists, and feedback reporting

• Manage and monitor Commercial Banking communication mailboxes

• Partner with DE&I Council to publish and distribute monthly DE&I toolkit for managers

• Collaborate with peers and provide communication support for special projects

• Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience executing internal communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities

• Experience developing compelling content and leveraging multiple channels for storytelling

• Experience working on communications projects, and concurrent work streams

• Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large, matrixed organizations

• Experience with Content Express, Adobe Experience Manager and SharePoint

• Experience creating graphics
