3M Talent Academy Internship Program: CustomerOperations (m/f/*)
What will you be doing?
Assisting with internal and external customers
Learning and administering corporate systems and tools: SAP, Salesforce, Excel
Preparing reports, analyzes, summaries and qualitative indicators
Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives
Administrative tasks
Act according to 3M regulation and policies
Who is welcomed to apply?
Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week
What skills are we looking for?
Excellent oral communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail
Good English language skills
Knowledge of additional language would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Previous experience in Customer Service in the past would be an asset
Willingness to assist with operational processes
Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines
Good command of MS Excel
Team spirit
