In this role, the clinical technologist will work closely with AI scientists, engineers, product leaders, and clinicians to develop and ensure the safety of our AI systems. This individual will also shape our thinking on how to embed AI solutions into workflows.
Key job responsibilities- Develop rubrics and guidelines for AI model system evaluation and benchmarking.- Continue to raise clinical safety awareness of our technical systems, including AI systems.
- Proactively identify risks and shape the technical roadmap in anticipation of industry trends in Health AI.

- MD or PhD with hands-on clinical and medical research experience.
- 5-10 years experience with software development lifecycle through combination of product development, hands-on software development, or implementation of novel technology in clinical or administrative workflows.
- Working familiarity of AI and ML concepts.
- Prior experience in either consumer or provider health tech.

- MS/PhD degree in quantitative discipline, machine learning, software development, or related field.
- Medical specialization in primary care.
