- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- 3 years of experience with managing CRM programs and strategies.
- 3 years of experience in an operational role.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in B2C email or life-cycle marketing.
- 3 years of experience managing creative and media agencies.
- Experience in developing and executing holistic strategy, balancing priorities and driving projects to completion.
- Experience in influencing and collaborating within the team as well as with cross-functional stakeholders using exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience in project management to bring projects to life with documented timelines and milestones.
- Experience with running A/B experiments and campaign optimization by using data analytics to find insights to maximize marketing return on investment.
