Responsibilities:
  • Support client usage through extractions of value flows from the product
  • Train clients on product functionality and best practices
  • Day-to-day point of contact for Konnecto’s clients
  • Generate case studies and testimonials with clients
  • Communicate with decision-makers on the program’s health and status
  • Lead renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Analyzing customer health metrics, product usage & NPS
  • Understand client strategy, needs, and current gaps to act as a strategic advisor to the client
  • Translate client's needs and feedback to internal teams and communicate back to the client
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years as an affiliate manager- responsible for net new opportunities, optimization of existing portfolio, and generating insights and reports to management
  • Client management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast & agile startup environment as a self-starter
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
  • Storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
