Train clients on product functionality and best practices
Day-to-day point of contact for Konnecto’s clients
Generate case studies and testimonials with clients
Communicate with decision-makers on the program’s health and status
Lead renewals and expansion opportunities
Analyzing customer health metrics, product usage & NPS
Understand client strategy, needs, and current gaps to act as a strategic advisor to the client
Translate client's needs and feedback to internal teams and communicate back to the client
What We’re Looking For
5+ years as an affiliate manager- responsible for net new opportunities, optimization of existing portfolio, and generating insights and reports to management
Client management experience
Ability to work in a fast & agile startup environment as a self-starter
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
Storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
