Honeywell Program Controls Specialist II

As a here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be accountable for managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you will work out of our Aero location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects within the Aerospace business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the program controls function for projects and programs
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Responsible for reliable program EVM (earned value management) application, compliance and procedures
• Responsible for program EAC (estimate at completion) management

This position is not incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
