As a Talent Acquisition Associate- you will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process and cultivating strong relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews, both locally and globally.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience, guiding them through the end-to-end process with professionalism and care.
- Identify and address issues affecting recruitment, actively participating in continuous process improvement.
- Implement effective sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Maintain strong daily interaction with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
