Description
THE ROLE WILL ALSO ENTAIL:- Evaluating emerging privacy technologies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements, including potential impact on our privacy strategy and recommend adjustments to maintain compliance and improve data protection.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data privacy, with a focus on privacy engineering and/or privacy architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and DMA, CCPA, and their application to technology design and processes.
  • Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), data anonymization techniques, and secure data management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to work with technical teams to implement privacy-by-design and default principles in complex systems.
  • Experience applying privacy-by-design principles in the context of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) efforts.
  • Effective communicator, capable of conveying complex technical principles to non-technical collaborators.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
