Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field AND 10+ years work experience including background in manufacturing, quality, product development, hardware engineering, and cloud operations
• OR equivalent experience.

• Experience effectively collaborating across groups, and geographies to drive clarity and operational effectiveness
• Fluency with product development, technical, process, and governance-related concepts and terminology

• Experience with business operations, including budget management
• Proven experience overseeing an organization of 50+

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a technical or business-related field

• 15+ years work experience, including background in at least four of these areas: product development, manufacturing, quality, hardware engineering, cloud operations, testing, technical program management

• Proven experience overseeing an organization of 100+ in a strong matrix operating model
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complexity while driving clarity.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder processes, orchestrating across teams
• Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communications

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• You will provide on-site senior leadership overseeing a local team of 150+
• You will oversee a broad range of Hardware Infrastructure Fundamentals functions including manufacturing quality, new product introduction development, test, sustainability, reliability, and other functions
• You will operate in a strong matrix environment, providing on-site leadership, coaching, and guidance to local managers whose work products often support global functions
