Required Qualifications

• Degree ina technicalfield AND 10+yearswork experience including background in manufacturing, quality, product development, hardware engineering,andcloud operations

• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a technical or business-related field

• Proven experience overseeing an organization in a strong matrix operating model

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complexity while driving clarity.

• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder processes,

• executive levelverbal and written communications

to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsfor this role. These requirementsinclude, butto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
