The successful Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading quality improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating maintainable automation, tooling, frameworks, influencing teams across organizations in their testing strategies, and feature testing. They should be able to develop and drive automation strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy. In this role, you will:- Work directly with product management and development teams to understand the product vision and requirements.- Strategize, develop, and manage quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitor and report on test execution.
- 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience testing web technologies and back-end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
