As a Sales Specialist Cardiac Care Connectivity Solutions, specific to Patient Care Solutions business, you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities as the product expert for the Diagnostic Cardiology & Connectivity portfolio across the region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales of Diagnostic Cardiology devices portfolio on both Direct Accounts and Channel Partners across the region.
- Sales negotiation, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as Channel partners, direct users of the product, biomedical engineering departments and all involved key stake holders.
- Provide product trainings and consultation to Sales teams. Lead pre-sales product demonstrations to support effort to bring new deals for the company across the region.
- Implement Go to market strategies for new products and support the direct/indirect channels for successful launch of product.
- Monitor and report cardiology devices market dynamics, competition, customer requirements and contribute to creation of action plans for market share increase.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing installed base by proposing enhanced solutions covering healthcare professionals’ needs and provide the optimum clinical, technological & financial benefits to the customer to achieve a balanced sales funnel.
- Develop synergies and strong collaboration across different segments and modalities to develop new sales strategy and market approach. Cross-functional teams’ collaboration (OTR, Finance, Service, RA, etc.) to solve commercial issues, realize opportunities and improve workflow processes.
- Provide support to distributors on day-to-day product inquiries, price negotiations, customer presentations, share best practices from other countries/regions/modalities, etc.
- Develop, coach and train distributors to ensure they are effective in sales in their assigned product portfolio and across their geographical coverage.
- Plan and execute Trade show/Workshops/Clinical Talks/show sites/Customer visits.
- Maintain compliance to business & company processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical engineering, business administration, information technology.
- Previous sales and application experienceof at least 5 yearsin medical devices industry, preferably in Cardiology.
- A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business.
- Experience in understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills.
- Persistence and tenacity in developing prospects and customers, and ability to close business.
- Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
- Ability to communicate in English language.
- Solid problem-solving skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers.
- Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
