Description
· File final cue sheets and input all cue information into tracking document. · Collect music credits and Apple Music links from licensors for social media posts.· Follow up on licenses and invoices for ATV+ Studios projects.· Coordinate sending confirmation letters, invoices and W9’s to production accountants for ATV+ Studios projects.· Send out library confirmation letters for final assets· Import historical and current data into music licensing tracking system
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, function effectively in team environments and independently, with minimal direction.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
  • Familiar with reading and understanding music cue sheets.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Music Clearance experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
