- Lead and manage a critical platform as part of the Data Org.
- Challenge engineers to design innovative, highly-scalable, and robust systems.
- Grow, coach, and develop a team of software engineers. Recruit high-quality engineering talent for the team
- Be responsible for building the roadmap, execution and delivery of projects with high quality.
- Drive the technical alignment with partner teams, collaborate with the stakeholders and customers
- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
- MS/BS/BE degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- At minimum 10 years of engineering experience, 2+ years experience as a technical leader and manager. Strong understanding of technical architecture, system design, and problem solving acumen on sophisticated technical challenges.
- Experience going through the full software cycle of requirements, design, coding/testing, rollout/deploy standard methodologies in delivering world class software and services.
- Strong people leadership skills including growing and mentoring your team members.
- Good interpersonal skills, deep technical ability, and track record of successful execution
