- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing test plans for model validation and adeptness in troubleshooting thermal models during validation.
- Experience using Python scripts for process automation and efficiency improvement.
- Experience in CAD modeling using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams within a product development setting.
