- Knowledge of global environment, health and safety regulations applicable to various real estate facilities.
- Experience providing strategic, practical and actionable advice to business teams.
- Experience advising on regulatory compliance and related issues.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
- Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.
- Ability to lead, take action, and provide direction in the face of ambiguity.
- Experience quickly issue-spotting, analyzing, and clearly communicating EH&S advice on complex legal issues.
- Ability to get results in diverse, fast paced environments.
- Strong analytical capability with attention to detail.
- Ability to partner at all levels of an organization.
- Strong individual contributor who thrives in a team environment.
