Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer.
8 years of experience in people management.
6 years of experience managing programs to improve engineering productivity or related areas (e.g., engineering or development throughput, automation, capacity, cost, speed, or effectiveness).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering.
Experience developing solid, effective technical relationships with contract manufacturers.
Experience with product data management systems (Agile, Windchill) and 3D CAD modeling tools, such as SolidWorks or Pro Engineer.
Leadership experience leading Manufacturing Engineering teams for Hardware development.
Understanding of precision sheet metal fabrication processes (NC punching, press brake forming, hardware insertion processes), hard tooling fabrication processes (metal stamping), plastic injection molding processes, and electro-mechanical assembly.
