Within this multifaceted role you will:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast sales trends and report results to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports.
  • Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are properly maintained and followed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role or a minimum of 10 years field sales experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales analytics, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
