Your Impact
As a strategic sales leader, you will drive Cisco’s Public Sector and Operational Strategy by leading a high-performing team and collaborating across functions to deliver transformative solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies, exceeding financial targets, and developing top-tier talent.
Lead and coach teams through transformation initiatives including account planning, opportunity identification, and customer value selling
Exceed financial performance goals across geography, architecture, and verticals while maintaining forecast accuracy and operational excellence
Attract, develop, and retain high-performing account teams, encouraging a culture of coaching, career development, and performance management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Value Acceleration, Services, Partners, and Product Sales Specialists to deliver full-lifecycle solutions
Influence long-term success by driving strategic change and innovation across the Enterprise West and US Enterprise segments
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years in sales leadership roles with a track record of selling complex solutions to senior executives
Proven success managing significant revenue portfolios and consistently exceeding targets
Demonstrated experience closing large, strategic deals with global customers
Strong understanding of Cisco’s technology portfolio and business development strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Executive presence with strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience leading and developing large sales organizations (50+ people)
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment
