As acovering the
South West UK/South Walesfor our I
Here, you will make an impact by:
Promote / introduce and sell the designated range of IATD products to end users with demonstrations to show key features and benefits of the product range, in order to achieve sales targets in line with IATD operating plan.
Continue to build knowledge of the product range, including competitor's products and key accounts on territory.
Report any significant changes which could affect the future business.
Identify and gain a clear understanding of nominated key accounts to include managing relationship with key contacts, with new business generation.
Build relationships and manage distributors, key accounts, end users and contractors and Engineering Consultants with combined sales of circa £2 million.
Update CRM system with sales visits, sales opportunities and activities within accounts & territory.
Train distributor internal & external sales people.
Continuously expected to learn & improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling and administrative skills.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Proven Adhesives or Tapes sales experience or a background in an Industrial Sales role with a proven track record of success in winning and retaining business.
Experience of managing a sales territory with multiple product lines.
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales territory.
IT literate and competent with the Microsoft office package.
Degree qualification or equivalent preferred but not essential.
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Job Specifics:
Sales Territory: Field-based position covering the South West UK to also incorporate South Wales
Ideal candidate location: preferably within the Bristol/Gloucester area but can be flexible within the defined South West Territory
