Assistant Director in Centralized Review and Disposition Global Program (CRDGP)

The Centralized Review and Disposition Global Program (CRDGP) Operations Coordinator, serving within the Global Records and Information Management (RIM) sub-function in Global Risk Management, plays a pivotal role in executing a global strategy and framework for centralized records and information review and disposition. This role ensures alignment of operations with the Records and Information Retention and Disposition Global Policy and standards, supports defensible disposition, and drives operational efficiency and excellence across all jurisdictions.

Your key responsibilities

Governance and Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Program Leader through a dotted-line reporting structure
  • Participates in governance forums to report progress, escalate risks, and support strategic decision-making

Records and Information Management Expertise

  • Applies deep and proficient knowledge of RIM principles and lifecycle management, retention schedules, and disposition standards
  • Coordinates with Region RIM Liaisons and key stakeholders including: Business; GCO (Legal); RIM; Data Risk Management; Data Protection (Privacy); InfoSec; and Enterprise Technology (ET)

Legal Hold and Compliance

  • Identifies and excludes records under legal hold; may act as GCO designee in hold analysis
  • Maintains audit trails and documentation (e.g., SQM) to support compliance
  • Assesses and escalates risks related to improper or premature deletion

Technical and Operational Execution

  • Supports program implementation, including pilot coordination (e.g., EYI-MyDocs)
  • Coordinates disposition activities across global repositories, including those with physical records, ensuring policy and legal alignment
  • Liaises with technical teams to support configuration and enhance content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, FileNet)
  • Leverages automation tools and AI to optimize disposition workflows
  • Supports resource forecasting and budget planning for operations and pilots

Training, Documentation, and Communication

  • Supports and executes the design and delivery of scalable training programs for repository owners and users
  • Maintains centralized documentation including SOPs, process maps, user guides, and onboarding materials
  • Partners with BMC to develop and execute communication strategies

Performance and Change Management

  • Defines and tracks KPIs (e.g., volume of records reviewed/disposed, compliance rates)
  • Prepares operational metric reports for leadership
  • Supports and executes change management strategies to drive global adoption and stakeholder engagement

Global Rollout and Continuous Improvement

  • Supports phased global rollout planning, readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews
  • Provides feedback on process efficiency, automation opportunities, and policy alignment for continuous process improvement

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for governance and strategic alignment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Records and Information Management (RIM) principles and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with legal hold processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating disposition activities across global repositories.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, FileNet).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and AI for optimizing workflows.
  • Skills in designing and delivering training programs for users.
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in executing change management strategies for global adoption.
