Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Experience in providing polished and professional administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and manage work time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Effective organizational skills, with careful attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
