Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing organization wide training and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience in high-level administrative support to the Google Standard Services (GSS) leadership.
Experience in collaborating with a diverse range of individuals, building relationships and contributing with a sense for team well-being and creativity for team events.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of the business, process, project and program management practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
