Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Legal or related field AND relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree
- OR Completion of a Legal Apprenticeship.
- Relevant experience as a practicing attorney
- OR equivalent practice of law.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated adaptability and resilience.
- Proven track record of achieving results amidst ambiguity across multiple organizations.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand concepts with outstanding communication skills.
- Key interpersonal traits: Motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics and integrity, bias to data-based decision making and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Positive Attitude: Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Proficiency in use of process improvement methodology (ex. Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC-Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
