In this role, you will source data, cleanse, analyze, refine, enrich, model, present, automate and document our business data pipelines. You will always be on the lookout for ways to optimize the information flow process, stay on top of latest trends in data warehousing and be able to coordinate and work on multiple, related projects.Key job responsibilities- Create scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation.- Troubleshoot data, analyses, and code, research root causes, propose solutions, and take ownership in next steps for their resolutions.- Lead projects or components from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
- Field and resolve various ad hoc analytical needs for Corp HRP leaders.A day in the life

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
