Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.

Other requirements

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards & best practices, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, experience for distributed web applications
• 2+ years of contributing to new and/or current systems technical architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience
• 2+ years of experience in front-end web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Usability Testing) and modern front-end frameworks; such as: React or Vue or Angular

As a, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, working closely with our design and product teams to deliver efficient user experiences. You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from ideation to deployment, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and demonstrate your technical abilities. As a valued member of our team, you’ll engage in the full engineering lifecycle—from initial research and discovery to rapid iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping, feature design, and end-to-end delivery. Your contributions will span system design, quality, scalability & performance optimizations, and monitoring & telemetry, culminating in successful service rollout and ongoing live site support.
