Job Responsibilities:
- Support and report data for the global Client Relationship Managers.
- Produce CM dashboards and reports
- Ensure daily file loads in CM have been processed and loaded
- Provide CM Director and CM Managers with regular updates
- Provide front-line business process support across the client lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Previous client facing experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent level of PowerPoint essential
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
- Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage
- Relevant third level qualification in IT or Business
- Excellent co-ordination skills
- Strong project management skills
