Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• 5+ years of experience with pre-siliconorpost-silicon firmware development
• Proven ability to understand, synthesize, summarize, & communicate solutions to complex technical problems

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Root of Trust firmware developmentorSecure boot enablementorcryptography-a huge plus

• Knowledge about datacenters & operation at scale

• Knowledge of high-volume server design and manufacturing

• Demonstrated ability to perform in ahigh-pacedproduct development environment
• 10+ years of experience inFirmware development or Systemdesign across all stages of the development and release cycles
• Experience in technical program management in driving concurrent projects and initiatives of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects
• Proficient interpersonal skills withdemonstratedability to communicate technical content to general audiences
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiplestrategiesand tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality
