Manage and drive the pilot and implementation of key Omnichannel initiatives across Europe
Drive the implementation of an effective and efficient demand management process to deliver enhancements to established solutions based on operational performance and market needs
Develop an appropriate change management strategy to lead change in the market organization
Ensure best-in-class Omnichannel performance for consumers and stores as well as target achievement of key KPIs by implementing best practices and utilizing operational reports, monitoring mechanisms and competitions
Deliver training and related material to drive effective and efficient operations within the respective functions impacted by the solution
Deliver documentation of all key initiatives and make it easily available for the organization. Prepare and update local guidelines based on market requests
Organize and facilitate required meetings to inform and motivate the organization for the assigned key initiatives
Understand, consolidate, and represent the business interests of the market as an ambassador towards global counterparts
Check and review all existing policies and standards and provide necessary updates on a regular basis according to new systems and tools
Lead the Europe Champions Program and sustain excellence in securing change agents in the markets that act as key catalysts and ambassadors for change in Omnichannel and Digital Retail
Support the overall Retail & Consumer Excellence Team for other key initiatives as assigned by reporting line manager(s)

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
University degree and/or commercial training in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales is preferred (or similar business experience)
Minimum 4 years Retail experience
Experience in Omnichannel or Digital Retail is an advantage
