Responsibilities:
- Team management: Lead a small team, and provide direction and mentorship as required.
- Schedule Development Strategy: Establish the overall strategy and methodology for the progressive and collaborative development of project schedules (development and implementation), ensuring the approach is aligned with industry standards, organizational requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee Schedule Development: Oversee and lead the joint schedule development process to develop an accurate schedule for the project, ensuring schedules align with the scope, cost, and design.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure consistent quality and compliance throughout the joint schedule development process.
- Contract Management: Reviewing contracts, change orders, and submittals to ensure all schedule impacts align with project requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with design and construction teams, estimating and risk teams, independent value assessors and other critical stakeholders to ensure schedules accurately reflect the scope and complexities of the project.
