The responsibilities of a legal intern include, but are not limited to provide support in:
Contractual matters: Contractual review and analysis of agreements with our clients and/or suppliers.
Regulatory matters: Review of seizure orders, governmental requests and other regulatory or governmental communications. If such orders proceed, following the internal processes to implement internal legal measurements.
General legislative update: Review of current legislation applicable to the Peruvian Bank or relevant to our clients.
General Banking law and Civil law matters:
capacity & authority review of powers of attorney.
Supporting identifying the legal and administrative criteria supporting business of the Bank.
Review of agreements and answers to requests to Peruvian entities including clients and administrative entities in Peru.
Others: Assisting in other special projects, as may be assigned from time to time in Peru.
Qualifications include:
Law school students.
Graduation on December 30, 2025 or later.
Fluent in English language.
Knowledge of MS Office package, and,
Interested in the financial system, stock exchange, investment banking, corporate and banking law.
