Your Impact
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with HR Partners to gather and analyze requirements for reporting needs. Conduct thorough business process analysis to see opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Documentation: Build detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure data integrity within applications. Identify data-driven insights to enhance application functionality and user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively find opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry standard methodologies and technological advancements to contribute to the evolution of the application engineering process.
As a team member you will be working in the Workday Analytics space with focus on their Prism platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst/Engineer in an application engineering or software development environment.
Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with managing GCP, AWS based cloud data architecture
Experience with Prism Analytics solution along with experience with data modeling and datawarehouse concepts.
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with HR Domain
Proficiency in Workday ecosystem
GCP/AWS Certified professional
Experience with GenAI augmented data analysis
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
