You will report directly to our Senior Director of Materials Management and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the demand planning function and oversee the development of accurate demand forecasts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate demand insights into the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will drive the implementation of advanced systems and methodologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and demand management. Conducting executive demand plan reviews and contributing to sales forecast analysis and production planning will be part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with the SIOP process team and actively contribute to supply chain optimization projects. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the demand planning team will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the demand planning function, ensuring the development of accurate demand forecasts.

YOU MUST HAVE - 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related field, with a strong emphasis on operations experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong process orientation and experience in planning.
- Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
WE VALUE - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
