- Developand implement financial controls to eliminate risks
- Understandingof state tax applications and laws regarding construction agreements
- Costand budget analysis, including full forecasting of all contractor invoices
- Bachelor’sDegree in Finance / Accounting / Construction Management or equivalentexperience
- 5+years of experience in relevant field
- Experiencewith construction billing (AIA forms, lien waivers, retention, multiplecompensation strategies)
- Big4 experience a plus
- Attentionto detail and very procedure oriented
- Stronganalytical skills relating to cost and forecasting
- Strongcommunication skills in dealing with construction contractors
