Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will work as a PLC lead and Technical Program Manager in SWIFT division.

• Lead a system engineering team, plan and deliver engineering program, develop N+1 and/or N+2 systems/tools.

• The main responsibilities are program management, engineering development, new product introduction and escalation management.

• Work closely with cross functional teams, including Sys engineering, SW/Algo, Operations, applications development, marketing and global service organizations to manage the entire product life cycle.

Requirements:

• 8+ year experience in semiconductor industry, engineering development, service or manufacturing of advanced semiconductor equipment

• Hands-on engineering manager.Strong candidate with optical system design, automation, or motion control background

• PLC management experience is highly desirable

• Experience of working with a global team (distributed in multiple geographic locations) for product development and support

• Knowledge of semiconductor fab and optical metrology tools are highly desirable

• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Engineering (Physics, Optics, EE, M/E, and equivalent)
