As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to drive the success of our testing activities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted to validate product performance and reliability. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations. You will be the go-to technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and quality assurance, to drive improvements in our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering support or related roles
• Experience with test methodologies and tools
