As a Stakeholder Management – Associate within CTPO team, you will be responsible for assisting in management of multiple weekly/monthly/quarterly internal and external meetings with team members and stakeholders to build strong stakeholder engagement model to promote the TPO and IAO programs across APAC region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of accurate and timely presentation materials
- Coordinate between LOB and Regional stakeholders to fulfill timely regulatory assessments
- Maintains strategic client management relationship at a LOB and location level to deliver excellent customer experience
- Ensure that items from CTPO Global Program are appropriately cascaded to the LOB and Location Stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing ‘Outsourcing Risk Portfolio’ dashboard for regional stakeholders (key risk metrics and scorecards) to be presented at Business Controls/Risk Controls Committee or other LOB and regional forums to raise awareness on outsourcing risk and controls
- Review presentation and meeting materials while assisting in the collection, review and compilation of final materials for submission.
- Deliver GSS deliverables pertaining to regional mergers and liquidations under Global Legal Entity Changes program
- Support analysis and investigation of breaks in tools and processes to establish root causes and implement short term and long term fixes (e.g. Materiality & Inventory Project, Local Contact attestation)
- Provide support to LOB and Regional stakeholders to further mature third party processes to achieve operational efficiencies and control effectiveness
- Conduct Training and Awareness sessions on CTPO program to APAC audience.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial services or related industries.
- 3+ years relevant work experience in Outsourcing governance, Risk and Controls, Vendor Management or related roles
- Knowledge of risk management and control principles required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good client service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders; ability to adjust communication style to audience
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in addition to listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop long term solutions. Ability to work with stakeholders and other GSS functions outside of APAC across time zones
- Collaborate and provide support on various CTPO Program tasks and initiatives to ensure seamless and timely execution and implementation.
- Demonstrated organizational, research/analytical skills and ability to execute and escalate
- Ability to deliver independently and as part of the team
- Strong organizational and time/ priorities management skills
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong record of process improvements, critical thinking
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Ability to speak Mandarin and read Chinese to read documents in Chinese and partner with the teams from China but not mandatory
- Experience with tools such as Compass, Ariba, 4Site, Qlikview, Cognos
- Practical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools (for example Alteryx, UiPath etc.)
