What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our highest value accounts, focusing on driving growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Market Segmentation: Identify and segment portfolios to tailor strategies and approaches that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Engagement and Interaction: Innovate and enhance how we interact and engage with key accounts, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer support to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Vision: Inspire and work with a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
What you’ll need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting, strategic, operations, or go-to-market role, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, visionary leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of market segmentation, customer engagement, and operational best practices preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Attributes: Inspiring leader, innovative thinker, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Commercial Acumen: An ability to develop a perspective on negotiation parameters, develop an onshore / offshore design & strategy and implement global commercial priority action plans.
