Manage a large and diverse portfolio of US headquartered SSP partnerships
Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, supporting the SSP partners on their daily needs and technical troubleshooting
Provide a high quality of service. Empower and educate clients on the Outbrain offering - all with the alignment and understanding of the company's long-term goals
Work in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple projects and relationships
Identify revenue driving opportunities to increase ad spend across our SSP partnerships
Analyze data for each client, using in platform data, additional analytics platforms, and various tools to present recommendations on optimizations and upsell opportunities.
Upsell clients by identifying growth opportunities and pitching new products and features based on data and partner goals/feedback
Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different regions and time zones: Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, + other teams.
Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates
Collect feedback from clients on product features, performance and adoption to escalate feedback to internal stakeholders
What you’ll bring
5-7+ year’s experience working in programmatic account management or similar function
Programmatic advertising experience is required (e.g. at a publisher or SSP in account management, operations, or consultative sales)
Experience working at a publisher or SSP is preferred
A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering excellent results with speed and accuracy
Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
Innovative thinking and an ability to quickly and easily adapt to a changing environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team while balancing multiple tasks
Attention to detail; You’re very organized, with the ability to adjust priorities based on client needs
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker or Redash is a plus
