Your key responsibilities
As an
HR Business Partner, you will provide consultative support to two service lines (Consulting and Strategy&Transactions-EYParthenon), ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. You will collaborate with business leaders to shape the talent agenda aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively monitor Service Line performance, identify people issues, and provide insights to drive business performance.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, flexible working, health and well-being programs to enhance engagement and retention.
- Support leadership development within service lines.
- Partner with talent consultants on induction, appraisals, salary reviews, promotions and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage performance-related risks.
- Respond to complex employee queries and facilitate performance/talent reviews.
- Take proactive steps to manage high-potential exits.

To qualify for the role you must have
- 5–7 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR systems, measurement and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of HR policies and talent management practices.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong time and project management skills, with flexibility to prioritize effectively.
- Finance sector (Bank, SSC) background
